How do we structure deals?
Wow. The sky is the limit here. If you are wanting to sell, this can range from you getting a lump of cash now for your property, to you getting payments (with possible tax savings), to you retaining partial ownership, to anything in between, and a bunch of other possibilities! If you are wanting to buy, we can either collect cash for the property or come to terms. We really want to be win-win in our deal structures.
